Introduction:

Who We Are:

Membership Renewal Services is a privately-owned company based out of Toronto. Its founder, Todd Harris, is an MA graduate in Political Science from York University, specializing in political communication, cultural studies, and marketing, and BA graduate at the University of Toronto in Economics and Philosophy. Todd has extensive background in telephone and in-person membership sales and various interviewing techniques and strategies for the general public and business community.

Membership Renewal Services serves golf courses, health clubs, fitness centre's and racquet clubs in the greater Toronto area. We are dedicated to providing personalized tele-servicing to your organization. Membership Renewal Services specializes exclusively in membership renewals, new membership and corporate sales in the golf course, health club, fitness centre and racquet club industry in the greater Toronto area. No other telemarketing company provides such focused and detailed attention to a particular area of business and service.

Calls to lapsed members and potential new members will always be made in a relaxed and conversation-like manner. We will never read from a prepared script or try to pressure someone to join. Customer service and your organization's reputation and quality of service are our highest priorities.

We also are in compliance with the present CRTC regulations involving developing and maintaining a 'No Call Back' list - and have already instituted future regulations into our membership renewal and new membership and corporate sales program, addressing the way third party callers must introduce themselves to those called. At Membership Renewal Services we also adhere to the Ontario Consumer Protection Act which provides for a ten day cooling-off period when an individual agrees to join a golf course (where applicable), health club, fitness centre, or racquet club facility.

We fully support and endorse all these self-regulating and government measures as a means of increasing the visibility of legitimate, professional tele-servicing, while substantially reducing the number of unethical and unprofessional telemarketing companies in Ontario and across Canada.
