What We Do:
At Membership Renewal Services we have developed a comprehensive and personalized call-out and call-back program for golf courses, health clubs, fitness centre's and racquet clubs membership renewals, new membership and corporate sales in the greater Toronto area. Unlike traditional telemarketing companies and call centres which focus on the most calls made in the least amount of time, lapsed and potential new members will be contacted by Membership Renewal Services by phone in a relaxed, friendly and professional manner, and will never be rushed or pushed to join. If someone is reluctant to join at that time, their phone number and other relevant information will be placed in our call-back system, for future contact.
Up-to-date information of the services and the facilities offered at your establishment will also be conveyed to those called, so as to better serve them, and maintain the excellent reputation and image your organization has built over time. In order to help achieve this goal, personal visits and use of your facilities and services will be made by a representative of Membership Renewal Services on a periodic and regular basis for the life of the contract, so as to better inform the lapsed member or potential new member of the 'real' experience that they may enjoy - something that cannot be accomplished through a traditional telemarketing company and call centre, sometimes thousands of miles away. This personal touch will encourage lapsed and potential new members to join.
Our unique call-back system allows us to maximize membership renewals, new membership and corporate sales from the list or lists of expired members/potential new members that you provide, and/or through up-to-date targeted lists we possess and can provide for new membership and corporate sales for your organization. From information collected and reorganized, relevant information can then be accessed, allowing for lapsed members or potential new or corporate members needs to be met - and a schedule drawn up when they may want to join. This system ensures that those who may join in the future will not be simply passed over - but instead will be contacted at the appropriate time and with the information they need to make an informed decision to rejoin/join. All information provided by your organization to Membership Renewal Services will be kept in the strictest of confidence.
All outbound calls for membership renewals are normally made during prime time - when most lapsed members/potential new members are available for contact, and more importantly, when they want to be contacted. This will be from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and possibly on weekends. Depending on your organizations needs, these call hours and days can be changed to fit your particular preferences. Day calls can also be made to a lapsed member/potential new member at their home or place of business, if appropriate. A contact phone number to reach Membership Renewal Services will also be provided to those called, should they wish to phone back for further information or to consider joining at that time, or in the near future.
Membership Renewal Services is also available to extend your corporate membership base and/or help in their renewal, should you already have a corporate membership system in place. We are also available to help establish a corporate membership system, should you not yet have one, or are just setting one up. This can be accomplished through contacting key decision makers from your list(s) and/or our up-to-date targeted company lists for the GTA, during normal business hours, and if required, making outside contacts with various businesses in the surrounding area in which your facility resides. Where applicable, for a fee, we can also provide targeted broadcast faxes of a one page flyer or brochure you want sent.
