Ease of Operations:
Generally speaking, this is our process at Membership Renewal Services. In our initial meeting we discuss your organizations particular needs for membership renewal, new membership and/or corporate sales and a tour of the facility is arranged. We then meet soon afterwards to discuss our commission structure and the length and terms of the contract for your particular golf course, health club, fitness centre, or racquet club. (A generic contract is available for your viewing)
Your organization will then provide us with your most recent brochures and any other material outlining the facility or facilities and services provided, and an individual membership for the facility or facilities for the duration of the contract. In the case of membership renewal, your organization will provide a computer-generated list of lapsed member's names and phone numbers and expiration date of membership. For potential new members and/or corporate sales, you may wish to provide us with a list or lists you have that would lead to new membership and/or corporate sales. If requested, we will also work from our own up-to-date targeted business lists for new membership and/or corporate sales, at no cost to your organization - something which is an added value for your organization.
A customized and very flexible set of information will be assembled by us to work from, so as to best represent your golf course, health club, fitness centre, or racquet club - including types of memberships available, and any new information about your facilities or services that would be helpful in attracting lapsed members to rejoin and/or new members and companies to join for the first time. Calls will then be initiated by Membership Renewal Services. Once a sale or possible sale has been made, all pertinent information will be recorded and passed on to you for your records or immediate follow-up.
For those lapsed members/potential new members and/or companies not yet ready to join, their name and all relevant information will be entered into our call-back system. They will be contacted again at an appropriate time, with information helpful to their decision to rejoin/join.
Again, there are no pre-paid fees, salaries or wages to pay. All membership renewals and new membership and corporate sales are Commission-based. There are no overhead or up-front costs to your organization.
